Original Appetizers

We serve traditional Mexican cuisine in a fun and robust atmosphere. Our lettuce wrap tacos are a great place to start, as are our Camarones del Cabo – bacon wrapped shrimp stuffed with Monetry jack cheese, flash fried and served with a honey mustard sauce. But the dish everyone raves about is our Guacamole Tableside. We mix two ripe avocados with tomatoes, Serrano chiles, sweet red onions, and cilantro. It’s served with a plate of warm tortilla chips and a trio of salsa. Remember to save room for dinner.


Let’s Talk Main Courses

We have great fajitas, seafood and extraordinary burritos. But everyone raves about our pork tamales, shredded seasoned pork and tamales are topped with red chile sauce, Oaxacan and Monterey jack cheese. If you’re a steak lover, don’t miss our Carne Asada Platter. A char-grilled skirt steak with Pasilla chiles and a cheese enchilada and served with soft flour tortillas for only $15.99.

Margarita Time

What goes better with a delicious Mexican dinner than a perfect margarita? (We actually serve a “Perfecto Margarita” made with Jose Cuervo Especial Tequila!) All of the margaritas at Amigo’s are made to order from 36 premium tequilas. Strawberry or Raspberry? Salt or no salt? No hay problema.
